Delivery and Shipping FAQs
-Shipping is calculated by weight so if you order more than 1 product, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact your local post office once order has arrived at the destination city/country since you will be required to provide details and validate the orders once it arrives as per customs process.
-If we experience high volume of orders, order falls on a non-working day or holiday, shipments may be delayed for a few days.
-We make every attempt to validate the shipping address at the checkout. If delivery is not completed because the shipping address is incorrect or if customer inputted wrong address. Leng Blue will not be held responsible and customer will have to pay for reshipping. Please send us an e-mail for any concerns on reshipping your package.
-If you did not receive your order, but status is already delivered, let us know as soon as possible or alert us over e-mail.
